As Senior Associate – Investments, Zach supports the Investment team in researching, evaluating, and underwriting various real estate investment opportunities for the firm’s acquisition, development, and structured finance platforms.
Prior to joining Forum, Zach was the lead analyst for the equity and structured finance team at Capstone Companies, where he was responsible for modeling, due diligence, and financial analysis for a wide range of multifamily developments and acquisitions. He has held similar roles at Fund Evaluation Group.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Zach obtained his CFA Designation in 2018 and remains an active member of the CFA Institute. Outside of work, Zach enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his wife and dog.
