Tom brings more than 36 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been a pioneer in the subordinate debt sector, having invested over $3.0 billion in mezzanine, B-Notes, and preferred equity since 1998. As Senior Managing Director – Portfolio Manager, Tom oversees the firm’s structured finance platform and operations.
Prior to joining Forum, Tom was as Executive Vice President – Structured Finance at EverWest where he oversaw that structured finance department and operations. Before that, he served as Managing Director at Pearlmark Real Estate; President & CEO at MONY Realty Capital; and, also worked at Transwestern.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a M.S. degree in Real Estate Finance, both from the University of Wisconsin. Tom sits on the Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin and John Elway’s foundation.
