As an Analyst – Development, Toby works closely with the development team on financial underwriting, forecasting and planning analyses for the firm’s ground-up development projects.
Prior to joining Forum, Toby recently completed his undergraduate work at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied finance, real estate, and philosophy. Additionally, he participated in several international real estate case competitions. He also worked as an intern with Forum during his time in college.
Outside of work, Toby enjoys reading, playing guitar and golfing.
