Teresa brings more than 20 years of brand management and marketing experience to Forum. As Managing Director – Branding & Marketing, she is responsible for establishing marketing and communications strategies in support of all the firm’s businesses as well as brand development and management for the company and its portfolio of properties.
Prior to joining Forum, Teresa was Director of Marketing at FLOR, Inc. where she developed strategic marketing and branding programs for the company’s e-commerce, direct mail and retail store channels. Before that, she was at Argent Real Estate working with REITs like AIMCO acquire and sell real estate, and served as International Brand Manager at Playboy, overseeing the company’s product licensing programs in Asia and the Pacific Rim.
A Midwest native, Teresa holds a B.A. in psychology from Augsburg College and currently lives in Denver via Chicago. She enjoys travel, yoga and the desert; and, is a self-described foodie, dog fanatic, and certified Pilates instructor.
