Sarah brings more than 5 years of experience in underwriting, feasibility studies and market research to Forum. As Associate Director – Structured Finance, Forum Capital Advisors (an affiliate of Forum Investment Group), Sarah leads the closing, post-closing and reporting activities for the firm’s structured finance investments (e.g. mezzanine loans, preferred equity and joint venture investments), working closely with internal team members as well as borrowers, sponsors, senior lenders, capital partners, and legal counsel.
Prior to this role, Sarah was a Senior Analyst – Portfolio Management at Forum where she led financial underwriting and analysis for the firm’s portfolio of properties. Before that she was Senior Analyst in Lincoln Financial Group’s mortgage and real estate lines in Greensboro, NC.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania. Outside of work Sarah enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
