Patxi brings more than 8 years of real estate investment, business development and investor relations experience to Forum. As Managing Director – Business Development, Patxi is responsible for Forum’s investor client acquisition, relationship management, and capital raise efforts on behalf of all business within the Forum companies.
Prior to joining forum, Patxi was Director of Investor Relations and Asset Management for Drever Capital Management. Before that, he held several roles in asset management, business development, investor relations and financial analysis with RealtyShares, Raiz Capital and Marcus & Millichap.
Patxi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Brown University and was a starting defensive end for the University’s Football Team. He is currently in the Brown Alumni Real Estate Group, and a founding member of the San Francisco Chapter.
An Alaska native, Patxi is an avid skier and enjoys the outdoors as well as exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
