Pat brings over 30 years of experience in real estate and financial services and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the investment portfolio for the Forum Real Estate Income Fund. He brings expertise in economic analysis, real estate valuation, property development, and acquisition strategies.
Prior to joining Forum Capital Advisors, Pat was with Janus Henderson Investors for 12 years where he managed the highly-regarded Global Real Estate strategy.
