Cecil brings more than 15 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, and investment analysis to Forum. As Senior Asset Manager, Cecil is responsible for the efficient operations of the company’s portfolio of properties in the Southeast region.
Prior to joining Forum, Cecil served as Senior VP, Asset Management with Hamilton Point Investments in Atlanta where he created and implemented a comprehensive Asset Management strategy for a growing multifamily portfolio. Before that he was at Trimont Real Estate Advisors and held Asset Manager positions for three national, institutional multifamily investors overseeing approximately 10,000 units in 13 states.
Cecil holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Tennessee. Cecil is based in our Georgia satellite office and resides in Atlanta with his family, where he enjoys golfing and watching Atlanta sports.
