As a Senior Analyst – Investments, Taylor works with the company’s acquisitions team conducting market research, analysis, financial modeling, as well as accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across the entire portfolio.
Taylor brings 4 years of commercial real estate experience to Forum including underwriting, asset positioning and financing. Prior to joining Forum, Taylor was with Bank of America as an Assistant VP, Underwriter on their Denver commercial real estate team. Before that, Taylor was Senior Analyst with CBRE in North Carolina where she was part of their Southeastern Multifamily Investment Sales Group.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Finance, concentration in Real Estate, and a minor in Spanish from the University of Alabama. She enjoys traveling and has been to 25 countries – and counting – as well as spending time friends and family.
