As Asset Manager, Peter is responsible for the efficient operations of the company’s portfolio of properties and oversight of property management partners.
Prior to joining Forum, Peter performed acquisition duties for a Minneapolis based investment firm where he underwrote investments, performed due diligence duties and structured joint ventures. He also previously worked for NorthMarq Capital analyzing debt portfolios.
Peter graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota with Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Legal Studies and a Masters of Science Degree in Real Estate. Outside of work, Peter is passionate about being active outdoors, spending as much time as he can on the water and is a member of the Wisconsin Cheese of the Month Club.
