Nate brings more than 9 years of structural engineering and construction project management experience to the role. As Associate Project Manager of Construction, Nate is responsible for managing and monitoring project controls on all Forum development projects.
Prior to joining Forum, he was Assistant Project Manager at Gables Residential where he coordinated unit and building design with development, construction, consultants and subcontractors, along with handling project management duties
Nate holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
Nate enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
