Luke brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in underwriting, acquisitions, redevelopment and asset management to Forum. As Managing Director – Portfolio Management, he oversees the asset management team ensuring efficient property operations and financial performance.
Prior to joining Forum, Luke was Director of Real Estate at Triton Investment Company, an opportunistic investment group located in Greenwood Village, CO. While at Triton, he focused on new acquisitions and property redevelopments in Michigan, Arizona, and other distressed markets. Prior to joining Triton, Luke was the Director of Underwriting and a Principal of Western Capital Partners LLC, a commercial real estate bridge lender. He began his real estate career in multi-family as a Development Associate for Equity Residential Properties and later as a Project Manager for Greystar Real Estate Partners.
Luke holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two daughters, as well as golfing, skiing, scuba diving, and playing softball.
