Kristen brings more than 14 years of experience in real estate development and leadership to Forum. As Director of Development, Kristen is responsible for site selection, project conceptualization, permitting, market and financial analysis, design and construction of Forum’s ground-up development projects.
Prior to joining Forum, Kristen was the Director of Development for Tarragon, based out of Seattle, where she was responsible for managing their multifamily and industrial departments, in the development of ground-up low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise apartments along with industrial distribution centers. Her knowledge of development is full spectrum overseeing the strategy for acquisition and vision through to construction completion and lease up. She started her career working on high-rise condominium and condominium conversion projects.
Kristen has a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Washington. She also has a BA in Economics and Political Science and is a long-standing member of both NAIOP and ULI.
