Kevin brings over 20 years of experience to Forum and oversees the Development and Investment Management groups, leading them to identify new investment opportunities and to help expand the company’s development footprint.
Prior to joining Forum, Kevin was a Development Director with Continuum Partners where he managed entitlements, land acquisition and disposition, and ground-up development of many of the company’s award-winning retail, hospitality, residential and commercial projects. He began his career working as an engineer and project manager at Swinerton Builders from 1996 to 2001.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Architectural Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. He is a triathlete and enjoys skiing, hiking and biking with his family in his native state’s beautiful outdoors.
Kevin lives in Denver with his wife, C, and their two sons.
