As Development Analyst, Jordan works with the team on research, underwriting and proforma financial modeling for the firm’s development projects.
Jordan joins Forum from UDR, where he was a development analyst intern underwriting, developing proformas and automating processes for efficiencies. Before that was Director of Housekeeping at Magnolia Denver.
Jordan holds a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and received a Project Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. He recently graduated with a M.S. degree in Real Estate & Built Environment from the University of Denver and is an active member of NAIOP. Jordan enjoys all things outdoors and is an avid skier, hiker and mountain biker.
