Brad brings more than 15 years of experience in affordable housing finance, policy, and development. As Senior Director – Workforce Housing, he is responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio in the affordable and middle-market housing arena.
Prior to Forum, Brad was with Herman & Kittle Properties where he led site acquisition and LIHTC application efforts across Colorado. Before that he was Deputy Director of Denver Programs at Enterprise Community Partners, where he oversaw the growth and deployment of the Denver Regional TOD Fund.
Brad holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado – Boulder and remains active with the CU Real Estate Center, Housing Colorado, and Urban Land Institute. He also serves as a board member for three Colorado non-profits. Outside of work, Brad enjoys the Colorado outdoors and spending time with his wife and two sons.
