As Associate Director of Development, Andrew helps bring together and communicate the variety of data necessary for Forum’s development projects, from market conditions, to construction cost information, to financing requirements.
Andrew brings both a designer’s eye, and a strong background in real estate finance to Forum’s development team. Previous to Forum Andrew was an Assistant Relationship Manager with Vectra Bank’s commercial real estate finance group. Prior to banking, he was an architectural designer, working primarily on residential and commercial tenant finish projects.
Andrew holds two degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder; a Master’s in Business Administration focused in Real Estate and Finance, and a Bachelor of Environmental Design – Architecture. Andrew maintains close ties to CU and the real estate center through his position on the board of the CU Real Estate Young Alumni Group.
